Managed Remote Support

When required we can connect to your desktop to provide Remote Support or File Transfer with security, we suggest you run this full version of TeamViewer for Managed Support. Downloading this version and connecting to a Teamviewer account allows us access without intervention from you, but only on a invited or planned basis. Should your network allow it we can also wake up a powered down workstation for out of hours support.

Managed Remote Support

Step 1

Click to download 'TeamViewer_Setup' and a 'Save As' dialog box will appear. From the left hand explorer window choose your Desktop as a convenient location then click 'Save'

Step 2

Double click on the 'TeamViewer_Setup' icon to open this file and click 'Run', If asked to make changes to your computer click 'Yes' (please remember to close any confidential documents not required on this call)

Step 3

Contact us first before completing this dialog box as you may already have a TeamViewer account. When you know which settings to use click 'Accept - finish'
